This was a very good short story and I really enjoyed reading it. All the hoopla with the big family was fun; yes, the storyline with Eddie somewhat vanished into thin air, but what kept me from giving 5 stars in the end was the resolution of the whole marriage thing. I think this is a typical American thing with their weapons and shotgun weddings. Me as an old European cannot really relate to that and therefore the highlight fell flat for me.
